The price, up front

Pick the country you are importing from, how it should move — air or sea — the product type and the weight. You immediately get the estimated cost: the route, the method, the rate per kilo and the total, with the CBM-to-kilo conversion for that lane shown alongside. Change any input and hit Recalculate to compare.

Fill in the shipment details

With the rate locked, a short five-part form completes the booking, with a progress bar so you can see what is left. Shipment date, carton quantity and total CBM come first, then the goods themselves: product name, quantity and declared value, whether the shipment contains liquid, powder, batteries, magnets or sensors — restricted goods need extra clearance, so telling us up front avoids a hold — and whether the product is branded.

Add a photo, then confirm

Dropping in a product image is optional but it helps our agent identify the goods at customs. Hit Confirm Booking Request and an agent reviews it and comes back within 24 hours. You will need to be signed in to complete a booking, and once it is in you can follow it under My Bookings.
