Before you book

These terms apply to every ArShipper service — Door-to-Door, Freight and Express. Two clauses decide most disputes: what you may ship (04) and what to check before you sign for a delivery (08). Read those two even if you read nothing else.

এই শর্তাবলী ArShipper-এর সব সেবার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য — ডোর-টু-ডোর, ফ্রেইট ও এক্সপ্রেস। বেশিরভাগ বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি হয় দুটি ধারায়: আপনি কী পাঠাতে পারবেন (০৪) এবং ডেলিভারিতে সই করার আগে কী দেখে নেবেন (০৮)। আর কিছু না পড়লেও এই দুটি ধারা পড়ুন।

Acceptance and scope

These terms govern every consignment ArShipper Ltd books, carries, clears or delivers, whether the booking is made on this website, in our app, at an office or over the phone.ArShipper Ltd যে শিপমেন্ট বুক করে, বহন করে, খালাস করে বা ডেলিভারি দেয় — সেটি ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ, অফিস কিংবা ফোনের মাধ্যমে বুক করা হোক না কেন — এই শর্তাবলী তার সবের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
By placing a booking, handing over cargo, or accepting a delivery from us, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.বুকিং দেওয়া, পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা কিংবা আমাদের কাছ থেকে ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন এবং তা মেনে চলতে সম্মত।
If you book on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.আপনি যদি কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে বুকিং করেন, তবে আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের পক্ষে এই শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করার অনুমতি আপনার রয়েছে।
Where a signed written contract exists between you and us, that contract prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.আপনার ও আমাদের মধ্যে স্বাক্ষরিত কোনো লিখিত চুক্তি থাকলে, বিরোধ দেখা দিলে সেই চুক্তি এই শর্তাবলীর ওপর প্রাধান্য পাবে।

Company / We: ArShipper Ltd, Suite#F2, (2nd Floor), Trapical Razia Shopping Complex, 26/1 Chamelibagh, Shantinagar, Dhaka 1217, Bangladesh.ArShipper Ltd — ঠিকানা: সুইট#F2, (২য় তলা), ট্রাপিক্যাল রাজিয়া শপিং কমপ্লেক্স, ২৬/১ চামেলীবাগ, শান্তিনগর, ঢাকা ১২১৭।
Customer / You: The person or company that books a shipment with us, or on whose behalf a shipment is booked.যে ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান আমাদের কাছে শিপমেন্ট বুক করেন, অথবা যাঁর পক্ষে শিপমেন্ট বুক করা হয়।
Consignment: The goods handed to us under a single booking and tracking number, together with their packaging.একটি বুকিং ও ট্র্যাকিং নম্বরের অধীনে আমাদের কাছে হস্তান্তরিত পণ্য এবং তার প্যাকেজিং।
Services: Door-to-Door, Air and Sea Freight, Express, sourcing, purchasing, hand carry and customs clearance, as described on this website.ডোর-টু-ডোর, এয়ার ও সি ফ্রেইট, এক্সপ্রেস, সোর্সিং, পারচেজিং, হ্যান্ড ক্যারি এবং কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্স — যেমনটি এই ওয়েবসাইটে বর্ণিত।
Chargeable weight: The greater of a consignment's gross weight and its volumetric weight, calculated by the standard applicable to the mode of transport.শিপমেন্টের প্রকৃত ওজন ও ভলিউমেট্রিক ওজনের মধ্যে যেটি বেশি — পরিবহন মাধ্যম অনুযায়ী প্রচলিত নিয়মে হিসাব করা হয়।
Charges: Freight, handling, clearance, duty, storage, delivery and any other amount properly invoiced for a consignment.ফ্রেইট, হ্যান্ডলিং, ক্লিয়ারেন্স, শুল্ক, স্টোরেজ, ডেলিভারি এবং শিপমেন্টের জন্য বৈধভাবে চালানে ধার্য করা অন্য যেকোনো অর্থ।

Booking, quotations and rates

বুকিং, দরপত্র ও রেট

কA booking is accepted only when we confirm it and issue a tracking number. Until then, no space, sailing or flight is reserved for you.আমরা নিশ্চিত করে ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর দেওয়ার পরেই কেবল বুকিং গৃহীত হয়। তার আগে আপনার জন্য কোনো স্পেস, জাহাজ বা ফ্লাইট সংরক্ষিত থাকে না।
খRates are quoted per chargeable weight and are valid only for the period stated on the quotation. Freight rates move with fuel, airline and carrier tariffs, so confirm the rate before you hand over cargo.রেট চার্জেবল ওজনের ভিত্তিতে দেওয়া হয় এবং কেবল দরপত্রে উল্লেখিত সময় পর্যন্ত কার্যকর থাকে। জ্বালানি, এয়ারলাইন ও ক্যারিয়ারের ট্যারিফ অনুযায়ী ফ্রেইট রেট ওঠানামা করে, তাই পণ্য হস্তান্তরের আগে রেট নিশ্চিত করে নিন।
গA quotation covers only the services it lists. Duty, VAT, regulatory testing, demurrage, storage beyond the free period and re-delivery are charged separately at cost unless the quotation says otherwise.দরপত্রে উল্লেখিত সেবাগুলোই কেবল তার অন্তর্ভুক্ত। শুল্ক, ভ্যাট, নিয়ন্ত্রক পরীক্ষা, ডেমারেজ, ফ্রি সময়ের পরের স্টোরেজ এবং পুনরায় ডেলিভারি — দরপত্রে ভিন্ন কিছু বলা না থাকলে এগুলো আলাদাভাবে প্রকৃত খরচে ধার্য হবে।
ঘWe re-weigh and re-measure every consignment on receipt. Where our measurement differs from the one declared, ours applies and the invoice is adjusted.প্রতিটি শিপমেন্ট গ্রহণের সময় আমরা পুনরায় ওজন ও মাপ নিই। ঘোষিত পরিমাপের সঙ্গে আমাদের পরিমাপের পার্থক্য হলে আমাদের পরিমাপই কার্যকর হবে এবং সে অনুযায়ী চালান সংশোধন করা হবে।

Goods we cannot carry

যেসব পণ্য আমরা বহন করি না

Everything you ship must be lawful to export from the country of origin and lawful to import into the destination country. This is your responsibility, not ours.আপনি যা-ই পাঠান, তা প্রেরণকারী দেশ থেকে রপ্তানি এবং গন্তব্য দেশে আমদানির জন্য অবশ্যই বৈধ হতে হবে। এটি নিশ্চিত করার দায়িত্ব আপনার, আমাদের নয়।
We do not accept narcotics, weapons, ammunition or explosives, currency and negotiable instruments, precious metals and gemstones, human remains, live animals, counterfeit or pirated goods, or anything restricted under Bangladeshi import and export law.মাদক, অস্ত্র, গোলাবারুদ বা বিস্ফোরক, নগদ অর্থ ও হস্তান্তরযোগ্য দলিল, মূল্যবান ধাতু ও রত্নপাথর, মানবদেহাবশেষ, জীবন্ত প্রাণী, নকল বা পাইরেটেড পণ্য, এবং বাংলাদেশের আমদানি-রপ্তানি আইনে নিষিদ্ধ কোনো কিছুই আমরা গ্রহণ করি না।
Dangerous goods, batteries, liquids, chemicals, cosmetics, food and medicines are accepted only where we have agreed them in writing in advance and the correct declarations are provided.বিপজ্জনক পণ্য, ব্যাটারি, তরল, রাসায়নিক, প্রসাধনী, খাদ্য ও ওষুধ কেবল তখনই গ্রহণ করা হয় যখন আমরা আগে থেকে লিখিতভাবে সম্মত হয়েছি এবং সঠিক ঘোষণাপত্র সরবরাহ করা হয়েছে।
We do not carry to or from any destination where trade is prohibited by Bangladeshi law or by an applicable international sanction.বাংলাদেশের আইনে অথবা প্রযোজ্য আন্তর্জাতিক নিষেধাজ্ঞায় নিষিদ্ধ কোনো গন্তব্যে বা সেখান থেকে আমরা পণ্য পরিবহন করি না।
If prohibited goods are found in a consignment we may refuse, hold, offload, surrender it to the authorities or destroy it, and you remain liable for every fine, penalty, cost and consequence that follows.কোনো শিপমেন্টে নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য পাওয়া গেলে আমরা তা প্রত্যাখ্যান, আটক, অফলোড, কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে হস্তান্তর বা ধ্বংস করতে পারি; এর ফলে সৃষ্ট সমস্ত জরিমানা, শাস্তি, খরচ ও পরিণতির দায় সম্পূর্ণরূপে আপনার।

Your declarations and packing

আপনার ঘোষণা ও প্যাকিং

কYou must describe the goods accurately and completely, and supply the invoice, packing list, HS code and any licence or permit the shipment needs. A wrong or incomplete declaration is the single most common cause of a shipment being held.পণ্যের সঠিক ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ বিবরণ দিতে হবে এবং ইনভয়েস, প্যাকিং লিস্ট, এইচএস কোড ও প্রয়োজনীয় লাইসেন্স বা অনুমতিপত্র সরবরাহ করতে হবে। ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঘোষণাই শিপমেন্ট আটকে যাওয়ার সবচেয়ে সাধারণ কারণ।
খGoods must be packed to withstand normal handling, stacking and the ordinary conditions of air, sea and road transport. Where you or your supplier packed the consignment, the adequacy of that packing is your risk.স্বাভাবিক হ্যান্ডলিং, স্ট্যাকিং এবং আকাশ, সমুদ্র ও সড়কপথের সাধারণ পরিস্থিতি সহ্য করার মতো করে পণ্য প্যাক করতে হবে। আপনি বা আপনার সরবরাহকারী প্যাক করে থাকলে সেই প্যাকিংয়ের পর্যাপ্ততার ঝুঁকি আপনার।
গYou confirm that you own the goods or are authorised to ship them, and you indemnify us against any claim by a third party who says otherwise.আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে পণ্যের মালিক আপনি অথবা তা পাঠানোর অনুমতি আপনার রয়েছে; বিপরীত দাবি করে কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষ দাবি তুললে তার দায় থেকে আপনি আমাদের অব্যাহতি দেবেন।
ঘWe may open and inspect any consignment, and must do so where a carrier, customs authority or regulator requires it.আমরা যেকোনো শিপমেন্ট খুলে পরীক্ষা করতে পারি, এবং ক্যারিয়ার, কাস্টমস কর্তৃপক্ষ বা নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থা চাইলে তা করতে বাধ্য।

Transit times

ট্রানজিট সময়

কDoor-to-Door: five to seven days by air, and forty to forty-five days by sea, counted from departure rather than from booking.ডোর-টু-ডোর: আকাশপথে পাঁচ থেকে সাত দিন এবং সমুদ্রপথে চল্লিশ থেকে পঁয়তাল্লিশ দিন — বুকিং নয়, রওনা হওয়ার দিন থেকে গণনা করা হয়।
খFreight: two to three days by air and around eighteen days by sea, before customs clearance at destination.ফ্রেইট: আকাশপথে দুই থেকে তিন দিন এবং সমুদ্রপথে প্রায় আঠারো দিন — গন্তব্যে কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্সের আগ পর্যন্ত।
গExpress: eight to ten days at the outside.এক্সপ্রেস: সর্বোচ্চ আট থেকে দশ দিন।
ঘThese are indicative operating times, not guarantees, and they exclude customs holds, regulatory testing, port congestion, schedule changes and any delay outside our control. Where a date moves we tell you; we do not pay for the delay itself.এগুলো নির্দেশক পরিচালন সময়, কোনো নিশ্চয়তা নয়; কাস্টমস আটক, নিয়ন্ত্রক পরীক্ষা, বন্দরের জট, সময়সূচি পরিবর্তন এবং আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কোনো বিলম্ব এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়। তারিখ পরিবর্তন হলে আমরা আপনাকে জানাই, তবে বিলম্বের জন্য ক্ষতিপূরণ দিই না।

Customs, duties and taxes

কাস্টমস, শুল্ক ও কর

Duty, VAT, regulatory fees and any penalty assessed on a consignment are payable by you at cost, whether we advance them on your behalf or not.শিপমেন্টের ওপর ধার্য শুল্ক, ভ্যাট, নিয়ন্ত্রক ফি ও যেকোনো জরিমানা প্রকৃত খরচে আপনাকেই পরিশোধ করতে হবে — আমরা আপনার পক্ষে অগ্রিম দিই বা না দিই।
Where we clear cargo as your agent, we act on the declarations and documents you give us. We are not responsible for a valuation, classification or assessment made by the customs authority.আমরা আপনার এজেন্ট হিসেবে পণ্য খালাস করার সময় আপনার দেওয়া ঘোষণা ও দলিলের ভিত্তিতেই কাজ করি। কাস্টমস কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্ধারিত মূল্যায়ন, শ্রেণিবিন্যাস বা নিরূপণের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
Storage, demurrage and detention that accrue while a consignment is held for documents, duty or inspection are charged to you at the rate the port, airline or depot applies.দলিল, শুল্ক বা পরিদর্শনের কারণে শিপমেন্ট আটকে থাকা অবস্থায় জমা হওয়া স্টোরেজ, ডেমারেজ ও ডিটেনশন বন্দর, এয়ারলাইন বা ডিপোর নির্ধারিত হারে আপনার ওপর ধার্য হবে।

Delivery, inspection and hand-over

ডেলিভারি, পরীক্ষা ও হস্তান্তর

কCollecting from our warehouse: count and examine the consignment in front of our representative before you take it away. Raise anything wrong there and then — once goods have left the warehouse a shortage or damage claim can no longer be verified, and will not be accepted.গুদাম থেকে গ্রহণ: পণ্য নিয়ে যাওয়ার আগে আমাদের প্রতিনিধির সামনেই গণনা ও পরীক্ষা করে বুঝে নিন। কোনো অসঙ্গতি থাকলে তখনই জানান — গুদাম থেকে পণ্য বেরিয়ে যাওয়ার পর ঘাটতি বা ক্ষতির দাবি যাচাই করা সম্ভব নয় বলে তা গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
খReceiving by courier: count the cartons and check their condition while the delivery agent is still present. If something is wrong, contact our office at that moment and support the report with photographs and video.কুরিয়ারে গ্রহণ: ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থাতেই কার্টন গণনা করুন ও অবস্থা দেখে নিন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তখনই আমাদের অফিসে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং ছবি ও ভিডিও দিয়ে অভিযোগটি প্রমাণ করুন।
গA carton that arrives cut, opened or re-taped must be reported before you sign for it, and a refund claim raised through your account on this website.কাটা, খোলা বা পুনরায় টেপ লাগানো অবস্থায় কোনো কার্টন এলে সই করার আগেই তা জানাতে হবে এবং এই ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করতে হবে।
ঘSignature at delivery, by you or by anyone at the delivery address, is evidence that the consignment was received complete and in good order.ডেলিভারির সময় আপনার অথবা ডেলিভারি ঠিকানার যে কারও স্বাক্ষর এই প্রমাণ বহন করে যে শিপমেন্টটি সম্পূর্ণ ও সঠিক অবস্থায় গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে।
ঙWhere delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available or the address is wrong, storage and re-delivery are charged to you.প্রাপক অনুপস্থিত থাকা বা ঠিকানা ভুল হওয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন না হলে স্টোরেজ ও পুনঃডেলিভারির খরচ আপনার ওপর ধার্য হবে।

Charges, payment and lien

চার্জ, পরিশোধ ও পণ্যে অধিকার

কThe amount on our invoice is the amount payable. It can be changed only by written agreement between both parties.আমাদের চালানে উল্লেখিত অঙ্কই প্রদেয় অর্থ। কেবল উভয় পক্ষের লিখিত সম্মতিতেই তা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
খCharges are payable before release of the consignment unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cards through SSLCommerz, bank transfer and your ArShipper wallet.লিখিতভাবে বাকিতে পরিশোধের শর্ত নির্ধারিত না থাকলে পণ্য ছাড়ার আগেই চার্জ পরিশোধযোগ্য। আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, এসএসএলকমার্সের মাধ্যমে কার্ড, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এবং আপনার ArShipper ওয়ালেট গ্রহণ করি।
গAn invoice and money receipt issued under our seal and signature is the conclusive record of what was charged and what was paid.আমাদের সিল ও স্বাক্ষরসহ ইস্যু করা চালান ও মানি রিসিট — কী চার্জ করা হয়েছে এবং কী পরিশোধ করা হয়েছে তার চূড়ান্ত প্রমাণ।
ঘWe hold a general lien over any consignment in our possession for sums you owe us. Goods left unclaimed and unpaid for ninety days after arrival may be sold to recover those sums, and any surplus returned to you.আপনার কাছে পাওনা অর্থের জন্য আমাদের হেফাজতে থাকা যেকোনো শিপমেন্টের ওপর আমাদের সাধারণ অধিকার (লিয়েন) থাকবে। পৌঁছানোর পর নব্বই দিন পর্যন্ত দাবিহীন ও অপরিশোধিত পণ্য সেই পাওনা আদায়ে বিক্রি করা যেতে পারে এবং উদ্বৃত্ত অর্থ আপনাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

Liability, insurance and compensation

দায়, বীমা ও ক্ষতিপূরণ

কDoor-to-Door: cargo insurance is optional and is arranged only if you ask for it and pay the premium — three per cent of the declared value of the goods — before the consignment is loaded. Insured consignments are compensated at their declared value if lost or damaged in transit.ডোর-টু-ডোর: কার্গো বীমা ঐচ্ছিক; আপনি চাইলে এবং শিপমেন্ট লোড হওয়ার আগে প্রিমিয়াম — পণ্যের ঘোষিত মূল্যের তিন শতাংশ — পরিশোধ করলেই কেবল তা করা হয়। বীমাকৃত শিপমেন্ট পরিবহনকালে হারিয়ে গেলে বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে ঘোষিত মূল্যে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়া হয়।
খFreight: you arrange insurance for your own cargo. We do not insure freight consignments.ফ্রেইট: নিজের পণ্যের বীমা আপনাকেই করাতে হবে। ফ্রেইট শিপমেন্টের বীমা আমরা করি না।
গExpress: consignments are covered under our own policy.এক্সপ্রেস: শিপমেন্টগুলো আমাদের নিজস্ব পলিসির আওতাভুক্ত।
ঘWhere a consignment is not insured, our liability is limited to the freight charges paid for it. We are not liable in any case for loss of profit, loss of market, loss of contract or any other indirect or consequential loss.শিপমেন্ট বীমাকৃত না হলে আমাদের দায় তার জন্য পরিশোধিত ফ্রেইট চার্জ পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ। মুনাফার ক্ষতি, বাজার হারানো, চুক্তি হারানো কিংবা অন্য যেকোনো পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা কোনো অবস্থাতেই দায়ী নই।
ঙWe are not liable for loss or damage arising from inadequate packing by you or your supplier, from the inherent nature of the goods, from a false or incomplete declaration, or from seizure by a customs authority or regulator.আপনার বা আপনার সরবরাহকারীর অপর্যাপ্ত প্যাকিং, পণ্যের নিজস্ব বৈশিষ্ট্য, ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঘোষণা, কিংবা কাস্টমস কর্তৃপক্ষ বা নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার জব্দ করার কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি বা লোকসানের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

Claims

দাবি উত্থাপন

Visible damage or shortage must be reported at the moment of hand-over, before you sign — see clause 08.দৃশ্যমান ক্ষতি বা ঘাটতি হস্তান্তরের সময়েই, সই করার আগে জানাতে হবে — ধারা ০৮ দ্রষ্টব্য।
A written claim must reach us within seven days of delivery, with the invoice, the tracking number, photographs and video of the goods and packaging, and the value claimed.ডেলিভারির সাত দিনের মধ্যে লিখিত দাবি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছাতে হবে — সঙ্গে চালান, ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর, পণ্য ও প্যাকেজিংয়ের ছবি ও ভিডিও এবং দাবিকৃত মূল্য উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
Keep the goods and their packaging as delivered until the claim is settled. We may need to inspect them.দাবি নিষ্পত্তি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত পণ্য ও প্যাকেজিং ডেলিভারির অবস্থাতেই রাখুন। আমাদের তা পরীক্ষা করার প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
A claim does not entitle you to withhold payment of charges that are otherwise due.দাবি উত্থাপন করলেই অন্যথায় প্রদেয় চার্জ আটকে রাখার অধিকার জন্মায় না।

Events outside our control

নিয়ন্ত্রণ-বহির্ভূত পরিস্থিতি

We are not in breach of these terms, and owe no compensation, for delay or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কোনো ঘটনার কারণে বিলম্ব বা সেবা প্রদানে ব্যর্থতা ঘটলে তা এই শর্তাবলীর লঙ্ঘন নয় এবং এর জন্য কোনো ক্ষতিপূরণ প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
These include natural disaster, weather, fire, war, civil unrest, strike, epidemic, port or airport closure, carrier schedule change, mechanical failure, and any act or order of a government, customs authority or regulator.এর মধ্যে রয়েছে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, আবহাওয়া, অগ্নিকাণ্ড, যুদ্ধ, নাগরিক অস্থিরতা, ধর্মঘট, মহামারি, বন্দর বা বিমানবন্দর বন্ধ থাকা, ক্যারিয়ারের সময়সূচি পরিবর্তন, যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি এবং সরকার, কাস্টমস কর্তৃপক্ষ বা নিয়ন্ত্রক সংস্থার যেকোনো পদক্ষেপ বা আদেশ।
Where such an event occurs we keep you informed and resume the shipment as soon as it is practicable to do so.এ ধরনের পরিস্থিতিতে আমরা আপনাকে অবগত রাখি এবং বাস্তবসম্মতভাবে সম্ভব হওয়ামাত্র শিপমেন্ট পুনরায় শুরু করি।

Suspension and termination

গWe may suspend or terminate immediately, without further obligation, where you become insolvent, enter liquidation, or make a general assignment for the benefit of creditors.আপনি দেউলিয়া হলে, অবসায়নে গেলে অথবা পাওনাদারদের স্বার্থে সাধারণ দায়ভার অর্পণ করলে আমরা আর কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা ছাড়াই তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সেবা স্থগিত বা সমাপ্ত করতে পারি।
ঘTermination does not affect charges already incurred, consignments already in transit, or any clause which by its nature survives it.সমাপ্তির ফলে ইতিমধ্যে ধার্য হওয়া চার্জ, চলমান শিপমেন্ট কিংবা প্রকৃতিগতভাবে টিকে থাকা কোনো ধারা প্রভাবিত হবে না।

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং এর অধীনে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধে ঢাকার আদালতের একচ্ছত্র এখতিয়ার থাকবে।

Talk to us before you escalate — most disagreements come from a document or a weight, and those are quick to resolve.যেকোনো বিরোধ আমরা প্রথমে আলোচনার মাধ্যমেই নিষ্পত্তি করতে চাই। বড় পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার আগে আমাদের সঙ্গে কথা বলুন — বেশিরভাগ মতপার্থক্যের কারণ কোনো দলিল বা ওজন, যা দ্রুত সমাধান করা যায়।
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.আমরা এই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করতে পারি। আপনার বুকিংয়ের সময়ে এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশিত সংস্করণটিই সেই বুকিংয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
